Décor Items: All décor items are in stock and ship within 1–3 business days from the purchase date.

Furniture & Lighting: Most items ship within 1 week. For orders shipping to the U.S. and Europe, some products may need to be specially ordered. In these cases, shipping times will vary by item, and we will provide details after purchase.

Shipping Origin & Rates: All orders are shipped from Richmond Hill, Canada via Canada Post. We offer free shipping on purchases over $300 Canadian.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Within Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

United States: 7–14 business days.

Europe & other international destinations: 10–21 business days, depending on customs clearance.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied by their country.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Local Pick-Up: Customers may pick up their orders from our boutique in Richmond Hill by appointment only.

Damaged or Missing Packages: If your order arrives damaged, or if a package is lost due to an error on our side, we will gladly send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.

Delays: Please note that shipping delays caused by postal services, weather, or customs are beyond our control.
